It’s been nice and fun while it lasted. But it’s about time we part ways. As a loyal customer of 13+ years, as an entrepreneur, a marketeer & a business developer I want to let you know from my meager experience that it is inconsistent branding and counter productive behavior to have a functional app and a caring image in the public but then make no consideration or offer actual support & help for loyal clients in their times of need. I didn’t ask for much, just a simple reversal for my first and only error. But I’m shocked and taken aback by your despondency and callousness. After 21 minutes on the phone and about 11 hours I honestly had no choice. Otherwise the app is solid. I loved it. That said I will never transact any money or any business over Airtel beyond my current balances. Now I’ll simply take calls using your SIM card as my home phone. I’m even taking the number off my business cards.
Also clients shouldn’t first vent, make a damaging tweet, act desperate or become an agent to warrant your respect & timely support.
Well done.

App won’t send OTP
The App competely stopped working with latest iOS 17.2 update. Can’t reauthenticate every time I open it and can't send Airtel money at all anymore. Update: Airtel released an update and I was excited that things might be fixed and now it's so broken it won't even authenticate to open the app. Nicely done! Please till back the last two updated and let us use the previous version, this is ridiculous
