Airtel is just careless. I had two SIM cards on a mobile app, one with 10k balance, but the app forced me to use the first SIM for payment when I tried to buy data for the second SIM. I couldn't remove the first SIM and had to clear the app's data to start over. The app doesn't allow users to paste phone numbers, which is inconvenient. It also asks for permission to read contacts and SMS, which I find unnecessary. The app displays full-screen ads even when running in the background.

Activating the app after installation was ineffective. It kept sending OTPs on request, then says 'Auto-verifying OTP' without doing anything further. What does that even mean? The user is the person to return the OTP, but the process doesn't provide for that. It looks like something is fundamentally wrong with the App's codes, which needs to be fixed. Please, don't act like everything is in control on your side, and advise me to seek assistance.

I like that they have updated the way the application interface is. It's now running smoother and more effective than it was before. But I would also like to advise that they change the layout of the features to a more modern design of the application. And no one watches Airtel tv, c'mon 😅. One more thing add all the features from the ussd to the app thank you
